  6. The 16 possible CCs are listed.  Those that have been set
  7. up will have a name.

  9. When you assign a CC to a patient, eight word lists change 
  10. to the set of lists that have been customized to this
  11. particular CC. There are 16 sets of lists - one set of eight 
  12. lists for each CC.

  14. We will supply many list sets so that each physician can 
  15. customize their program to match the 16 most common 
  16. types of patient that they see.
